As an analyst within the team, you’ll be hands-on in analysing data, interpreting reserving results and turning numbers into insights that inform key decisions.This is an ideal role if you’re looking to build technical expertise, gain exposure to various stakeholders and progress your actuarial qualification in a collaborative environment.**What You’ll Be Doing****Modelling and analysis*** Enhance reserving models and processes.* Challenge and improve methodologies.* Analyse data and model outputs to generate meaningful insights to support decision-making.**Communication and collaboration*** Translate modelling into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.* Partner with teams across underwriting, claims and finance to ensure analysis drives better business outcomes.* Contribute to a culture of openness, curiosity and continuous improvement (Kaizen) within the actuarial team and the broader business.**About You****You’ll thrive in this role if you are:*** A curious problem solver who enjoys exploring how models reflect real-world risk.* A keen learner, actively progressing through actuarial exams.* Motivated and self-driven, with an eye for continuous improvement.* Able to communicate complex ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally.* Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy, without losing sight of the bigger picture.**What You’ll Need*** Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.* Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in how insurance businesses operate.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.*We are stronger together because of our common interests and rich differences.
