Lecturer in Accounting & Finance – Greenford Apply for the Lecturer in Accounting & Finance position at GEDU Global Education. Our Vision Changing lives through education. The Role We are seeking lecturers to teach across undergraduate levels in the BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance programme. Flexibility to teach weekdays, evenings, and weekends is required. Responsibilities Plan, deliver and assess student work, ensuring learning outcomes are met. Develop, update and improve course materials. Use a variety of learning and teaching methods. Engage in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and other administrative duties. Stay updated with latest developments in your field and student support practices. Work towards student attendance, progression and satisfaction objectives. Requirements Master's degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable). Previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area. Extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter. Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback. Accurate record keeping. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-working skills. Ability to work with diverse groups of people. Desirable Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification, or ready to enrol in a teaching programme during the probationary period.
