This dynamic environment encourages professional growth and innovation, enabling you to make a meaningful impact in the field of credit research.About The TeamCreditSights is searching for a Data Product Owner who will play a crucial role in the development and success of our product offerings. This role involves working closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of product management principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with data for exceptional user experience.How You’ll Make An ImpactProduct Development: Assist in the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, other product teams, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery.Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and reflects the current business priorities.User Stories: Develop detailed user stories and establish acceptance criteria to ensure stories are ready for development.Agile Ceremonies: Run agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Feature Validation: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that stories meet the definition of done and acceptance criteria.Customer Interaction: Discuss features with internal and external customers, focusing on usability, time to value, feature completeness, and the overall user journey.Data Analysis & Insights: Write and run queries using SQL and other tools to analyze data, validate use cases and product requirements with end users.Issue Resolution: Handle issues with current features and provide solutions based on customer feedback.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics e.g. team productivity, product adoption, feature performance.
