This is an excellent opportunity for a top-level technician looking for a better work-life balance through a progressive 4-day working week schedule. Key Responsibilities Carry out complex diagnostics, advanced repairs and MOT preparations on a wide range of vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards. Conduct in-depth fault finding and provide technical expertise to support other technicians. Oversee quality control processes and ensure all work meets exceptional standards. Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and dealership procedures. Mentor and support junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge. Keep up to date with the latest manufacturer technical training and developments. Working Hours Week 1: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Week 2: Tuesday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Off days: Friday to Sunday in Week 1; Saturday to Monday in Week 2 This rotating schedule provides two 4-day weekends per month promoting a healthy work-life balance.
