As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?YOUR ROLEOur Healthcare Air Operations team based in Hounslow is looking for an experienced and customer‑centric Healthcare Business Solution Manager to join the team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of healthcare air freight solution design and support the diverse needs of customers shipping healthcare products.This is a Monday to Friday role, 08:00-17:00.WHATAREYOUGOINGTODO?Reporting into the Healthcare Operations Manager you will have daily engagement with customers and operational teams to design and procure solutions, support implementation, manage escalations, and ensure all activities are delivered in line with customer requirements and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:Lead value‑added service initiatives, including Lane Risk Assessments, packaging solutions, airline capabilities, and data logger solutionsSupport Business Development and Account Owners with MBRs, KPIs, and operational performance queriesAssist with RFQs, RFIs, and ad‑hoc customer requestsSupport and coordinate new business implementations, ensuring smooth operational handoverBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including airlines and cold chain solution providersDrive customer service improvements, including corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) management and issue resolutionOwn and manage customer SOPs, ensuring operations teams are trained on new and updated requirementsWork closely with the Quality team and Responsible Person to ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met and exceededCollaborate closely with the Healthcare Operations team, supporting clients with tailored solutions and ensuring seamless internal coordinationWorking closely with the Head of Healthcare Product to assist in the deliverance of the Healthcare air freight strategy for the UKWHATAREWELOOKINGFOR?Our ideal candidate will have strong experience in freight forwarding or logistics ideally within the healthcare logistics sector and a deep understanding of healthcare supply chains, including cold chain management, regulatory compliance, and customer requirements. You will be comfortable building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
