Group Sales Specialist – Barons Eden - Hotel and Spa Collection Location: Head Office, Moreton-in-Marsh Join our Central Reservations Team. About The Role As a Group Sales Specialist, you’ll take ownership of the group booking journey, turning enquiries into lasting relationships and memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities Convert group enquiries into confirmed bookings through engaging phone and email sales. Maximise revenue opportunities through effective upselling and attention to detail. Act as the key contact for leisure group clients, managing their booking from initial enquiry to post‑stay follow‑up. Build meaningful, long‑term relationships through genuine and personalised service. Collaborate with the Group Reservations Manager and wider Commercial Team to enhance our group offering and improve processes. What You’ll Bring Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and loves achieving results. Is resilient, adaptable, and solution oriented. Has a passion for sales, hospitality, and delivering five‑star guest experiences. Is confident using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Excel. Brings hospitality or travel sales experience or a strong desire to develop in this area. Maintains a proactive, positive, and team‑focused approach. Additional Information Contract: Full‑time | 7‑day operation (includes evenings, weekends & holidays). Hours: 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days. Shift Patterns 0745-16:15 hrs / 0845-17:15 hrs / 0945-18:15 hrs / 1045-19:15 hrs / 1145-20:15 hrs.
