Well, look no further...We are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Deacon Road, LincolnThis is a full time role and being flexible with your working pattern will be essential.About the RoleAs a Replenishment Manager, you will support the Store Management team to ensure that the warehouse, fill levels and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers.You will also:Train members of the team and drive the replenishment shift to highest standards & ways of workingEnsure deliveries are worked efficientlySupport delivery of promotional seasonal activityOperate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirementsEnsure the store is presentable, has full availability & excellent customer serviceEnsure Health and Safety complianceThis role offers fantastic development opportunities, with a clear progression pathway up to Deputy Store Manager and beyond.
