Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis. Assist with accruals, prepayments, and journal postings. Provide financial support to operational teams and respond to queries. Contribute to process improvements and ad‑hoc projects. Qualifications Part‑qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) or actively studying. Previous experience in a similar finance role (assistant management accountant or management accounts exposure). Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines. Proactive, with strong communication skills and a team‑oriented approach.
