We offer a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £38,000–£55,000 (depending on experience and productivity), plus a generous uncapped bonus scheme and overtime opportunities. Key Responsibilities Carry out inspections, repairs and services to the highest of standards within scheduled times, meeting company and franchise standards. Ensure all necessary Vehicle Health Checks are completed accurately. Take responsibility for ensuring all jobs are completed to a good standard. Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables and record usage. Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines at all times. Work effectively within a highly successful team. Additional Offers We will offer a £2,000 joining bonus, T&C’s apply. Starting bonus of £2,000 (gross) is applicable to new starting Vehicle Service Technicians at Gates from the 1st October 2023 only. Once a job offer has been made and accepted, an introductory commission of £1,000 will be paid upon completion of one month’s service, with a further £1,000 payment on successful completion of the probationary period.
