Technical Manager

About The Role Brett Concrete are seeking an experienced concrete industry Technical Manager to oversee the running of the technical department and its systems for 19 concrete plants. About Your Role Strategically drive and lead an effective Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Culture. Ensuring compliance against standard and audits. Meeting testing regimes and ensuring compliance and recording of accurate data. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, costs and quality. Profit responsible by providing cost effective material solutions to meet customer and Material and Product Standards. Lead the technical team, manage resources, and maintain high standards of quality, innovation, and efficiency. Manage and maintain a Technical system. We\'re Looking For Proven experience in a technical leadership or management role. Strong understanding of relevant technologies, systems, and industry trends. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong leadership presence with a focus on team empowerment. Concrete industry experience or similar. IT Literate. Full UK driving licence.
