Where you can think big, aim high and explore more.About the RoleThis is a pivotal, client-facing role responsible for the commercial success of Brightmine’s Reward product suite across the UK market — including salary benchmarking, compensation analytics, and reward insights. You’ll act as a sales overlay specialist, partnering with the UK sales teams to identify opportunities, shape client conversations, and deliver solutions that support clients’ pay and reward strategies.The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of reward and compensation practices with proven experience in consultative, data-driven sales.ResponsibilitiesOwn the UK Reward sales target, driving revenue growth across Brightmine’s Reward product portfolioPartner with New Business and Account Management teams to identify, develop, and close Reward opportunitiesAct as the subject matter expert for Reward solutions, supporting colleagues with product and market knowledgeLead consultative discussions with HR, Reward, and Talent leaders to align Brightmine’s data and insights to their needsCreate tailored proposals, demos, and presentations that position Brightmine as a strategic partner in pay and rewardCollaborate with Product, Marketing, and Client Success to feed market insights into go-to-market strategyMaintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting to ensure visibility into performance and activityRepresent Brightmine at client meetings, events, and webinars, promoting our thought leadership in rewardRequirementsProven success in B2B sales, business development, or commercial consulting, ideally in HR, data, or SaaSStrong understanding of reward, compensation, or salary benchmarking — or experience selling to HR/Reward professionalsExcellent relationship-building and collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and product teamsConsultative sales approach with the ability to engage senior stakeholders in data-led conversationsCommercially driven, proactive, and experienced in managing complex sales cyclesClear communicator who can translate complex data into compelling client outcomesTech-savvy, with experience using Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and AI-powered sales toolsWork in a Way That Works for YouWe know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
