These additional roles will be fundamental to the successful delivery of the programme. Responsibilities Evaluate every role in the organisation as part of the Equal Pay Programme. Work from Council House in Birmingham following the theoretical training to ensure consistency of evaluation across the team. Requirements and qualifications Have knowledge of the NJC Job Evaluation Scheme (desirable) Gauge+ or are trained in a different scheme Possess strong analytical skills Have good experience of stakeholder management Can work at pace to meet tight deadlines Training and development In return we will provide successful candidates with comprehensive Job Evaluator Training. Training will consist of: 2 weeks face to face theoretical training on the NJC scheme and the use of Gauge+ 10 weeks mentor support and development (hybrid work) Application and contact This work is vital for the future of the council, and we look forward to receiving your application for the role.
