We lead and inspire belief working with cross‑functional partners in R&D, Insights, Packaging, Regulatory, Creative Fuel House, and Commercial to unlock high‑quality launches born from category leading R&D. The Product & Ideation Assistant plays an integral supporting role for the total team to deliver the innovation masterplan. This role is a key point of contact for the team, agency partners and key stakeholders, ensuring proactive support and clear communication. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence Lead the coordination and product set up of all NPD Create and maintain robust, and accurate, product directories Deliver the Big Choices Support the translation of trends, insights, and brand purpose into clear opportunity spaces Development Stimulus Support team by creating best‑in‑class product benchmarking analysis across all product and brand touchpoints (claims, formulation, packaging, activation etc.) Hypable Product Creation Stay constantly inspired through cultural signals, social media, and the latest in product and commercial ideas Supplier & Partner Oversight Support the selection and management of key development partners (fragrance, formulation, packaging, design) Uphold standards of creativity, innovation, and technical delivery. What you’ll need to have: Strong market and product awareness Analytical thinker who can interpret data into concise product comms Proficient in all No7BC platforms (e.g. SAP) Proven ability to communicate effectively across teams. It would be great if you also have: A passion for all things beauty Previous experience on beauty category.
