Commercial Litigation Solicitor – In-House Legal Team | Hybrid | South West England Location: South West England (Hybrid: 1–2 days in office per week, commutable from Gloucestershire, Bristol, Worcestershire and surrounding areas) Role Type: Full-time, Permanent Experience Level: 4–10 years PQE (guideline) Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits The Opportunity Are you an experienced commercial litigation solicitor looking to transition into a dynamic in‑house legal environment? Our client, a highly regarded business in the South West, is seeking a skilled litigation and dispute resolution solicitor to join their busy and growing legal team. This role offers exposure to complex, high‑value commercial disputes, a supportive culture, and flexible hybrid working arrangements. About the Role Manage and resolve commercial disputes across the business. Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders. Lead on high‑value and complex cases, collaborating with external counsel when needed. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and settlement agreements. Support proactive risk management and dispute prevention initiatives. About You Be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2‑6 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution. Have trained or worked at a leading law firm or busy in‑house legal department. Be capable of working autonomously and handling a varied caseload confidently. Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrate a commercial outlook and a pragmatic approach to problem‑solving.
