Clinical Lead - ASA Hub and Therapy Services Full-time | Nottingham (Hybrid) | Salary: £46,083 Are you an experienced and values-led therapist ready to lead transformative services for survivors of sexual violence? Notts SVS Services is seeking an exceptional Clinical Lead to oversee and strengthen our specialist ASA Hub and Therapy Services. This is a rare opportunity to combine clinical leadership, feminist and trauma-informed practice, and strategic service development in a role that makes a real and lasting impact. About the Role As Clinical Lead, you will hold overall responsibility for the clinical quality, safety, and development of our therapeutic and hub services. You’ll lead and inspire a skilled team of therapists and hub staff, ensuring that every aspect of our service is trauma-informed, survivor-centred, and ethically delivered. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the future of our services—driving quality improvement, strengthening safeguarding and risk management processes, and working collaboratively with the Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees to ensure excellence in everything we do. Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and guidance to a dedicated team of therapists and the hub coordinator. Ensure all therapeutic interventions uphold the highest standards of ethical, trauma-informed, and survivor-centred care. Oversee safeguarding and risk management systems in collaboration with Designated Safeguarding Leads. Lead on service quality assurance, audit, and outcome evaluation to evidence impact and inform improvement. Foster a culture of well-being, reflective practice, and continuous professional development within the team. Contribute to organisational strategy, external partnerships, and reporting to funders and trustees. About You We’re looking for a confident, reflective, and compassionate leader who brings both clinical expertise and strategic vision. A recognised qualification in counselling, psychotherapy, or psychology, with professional registration (BACP, UKCP, HCPC, or equivalent). Significant post‑qualification experience supporting survivors of sexual violence and complex trauma. A deep commitment to feminist, anti‑oppressive, and trauma‑informed approaches. Proven leadership experience managing therapy teams or clinical services, ideally within community or voluntary sector settings. Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience managing risk in complex clinical contexts.
