OverviewWe are looking for a talented and creativeSocial Media Content Producer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the creation of compelling, platform-specific content that drives engagement, builds brand presence, and resonates with our target audience across multiple social platforms.You’ll be responsible for planning, producing, publishing, and optimising multimedia content (video, photo, copy, stories, reels, etc.) that supports our broader marketing and communications objectives. You’ll work closely with our internal teams, marketing, design, strategy, and product—to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and campaign cyclesProduce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)Film, photograph, and edit short-form and long-form videosWrite creative captions, social copy, and post descriptionsStay on top of trends and cultural moments to create reactive, viral-ready contentCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external contributors to manage approvals and brand alignmentAnalyse performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on engagement, reach, and other KPIsManage assets and content libraries for social publishing5+ years of experience in social media content production or digital content creationStrong video and photo production skills (ideally proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut)Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Hootsuite, Buffer)A deep understanding of social media trends, formats, and audiencesAbility to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlinesA portfolio or examples of past work that demonstrate creativity and platform fluencyDesirableExperience working in a startup, media, lifestyle, or purpose-led brand environmentFamiliarity with paid social strategies and content performance optimisationStrong personal presence on social platforms (optional but appreciated) #J-18808-Ljbffr
