About the role Join the paw‑s­ome team at Rudie’s Kitchen, part of Butternut Box, where we cook up tails of success and wagging tails. We’re looking for hard‑working dog lovers to join our manufacturing team in Blyth, Doncaster. In return for your tail‑wagging dedication, we offer a competitive wage of £12.84 per hour plus a shift premium of 20 % (£15.41 per hour). Base salary is £27,468, with 20 % extra (£32,961). Shift pattern 4 on, 4 off – 2 days, 2 nights 5 on, 5 off – 3 days, 2 nights 5 on, 5 off – 2 days, 3 nights Such a full‑time permanent contract, you'll work an average of 41 hours per week on a shift rotation with a mixture of days, nights and some weekend work. Shifts run 7 am‑7 pm for days and 7 pm‑7 am for nights.
