Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Manchester – 3 months temp minimum.

Invictus are recruiting for an electrical maintenance engineer to complete PPM and reactive maintenance on a static critical building in Manchester. The client is looking for IMMEDIATE engineers as this position is a temporary vacancy lasting 3 months before being reviewed for extension, with a possibility of going permanent.
You will be expected to have good all round knowledge of other FM disciplines and worked on other FM/Building Services roles.

The client in question is a leading body within the facilities maintenance industry and the contract you will be working on is a globally known business working on their depot and commercial office space.

Job Role:

The position is a Monday to Friday 8-5 role and it will be paying up to £29 per hour. This role has an opportunity to go permanent which would be an annual salary of £45,000.

Duties:

* Ensure the PPM's and reactive maintenance is completed

* Work on the electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, display lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution, basic BMS and controls

* Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained

* Assisting with general upkeep and fabric maintenance

* This is a temporary position on a leading contract where you will be joining as an integral member of the team in order to ensure the smooth running of a large critical site.

Skills Required:

The successful candidate MUST have:

* Electrically trained with at least 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance and services.

* Must have 17th or 18th edition

* Must have Level 3 Electrical installation

* Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
