If you’re looking for your first step or to develop your career further in a sales or account management role this could be your next job as we’ll support, mentor and train you to make this happen.With the opportunity to earn a basic salary and uncapped commission, you’ll quickly build rapport with new and existing business customers to generate sales ensuring they get their perfect deal.ResponsibilitiesProactively making outbound to and taking inbound sales calls and enquiries from new and existing business customersGenerating new business customer sales leads across multiple lead sourcesProviding bespoke sales quotes matching the best possible deal for the customer considering their needsManaging new and existing business customer accountsProcessing all sales orders accurately and efficientlyAchieving sales and customer satisfaction targetsBeing an expert across the entire Currys’ B2B product rangeRequirementsPrevious experience working in a sales, customer service or services environment (e.g., retail, hospitality)Excellent customer service skillsStrong communication skillsTo be resilient with the ability to quickly build rapportThe willingness to learn and keep up to date with new products and servicesBenefitsPerformance related bonusProduct discounts on the latest techA range of wellbeing initiatives25 days holiday plus 8 public holidaysWhy join us : #J-18808-Ljbffr
