Interested in working for a leading mechanical engineering contractor.VANRATH are recruiting a Senior Mechanical Coordinator to lead the coordination of mechanical systems across a range of residential and commercial projects throughout various locations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead mechanical coordination across assigned projects from preconstruction through to handover to the construction teamChair preconstruction coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and main contractorsAct as the central liaison between design consultants, main contractors, and internal teamsReport regularly to senior management and board level on preconstruction progressSupport and mentor junior mechanical coordinators, contributing to team developmentAssist with the improvement of internal workflows and documentation processesOversee job setup and pre-site readiness using Procore and internal systemsRepresent the company in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and external stakeholdersWork proactively to identify and resolve coordination issues before they impact deliveryThe Ideal PersonMinimum 5 years\' experience in mechanical coordination or technical project deliveryProven track record of working on complex mechanical systems including :Air Source Heat Pumps and Exhaust Air Heat PumpsHeat Interface Units, Energy centres and Heating ControlsCommunal cold water distribution systemsMVHR and MEV systemsDry Risers, Mechanical Ventilation, and Passive Smoke VentilationStrong understanding of construction and building services coordination practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and remain calm under pressureComfortable working with multiple trades / disciplinesAbility to balance competing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
