PA-C primary care with CAQ in geriatrics preferred Passionate about teamwork, teaching and high quality patient centered care What You’ll Do: Outpatient primary care and consultative practice located adjacent to Kent Hospital Patient population: geriatrics ages 65+, appointments range from 30-60 minutes Scope of practice: primary care, h&ps, develop and implement treatment plans for a variety of conditions, cognitive evaluations, mobility management, pre-operative geriatric assessment through our Geriatric Surgery Verification program Option for some time to be spent on our ACE inpatient unit at Kent Hospital Collaborate on system wide Age Friendly initiatives Minimum 1 year experience Why Join Us?
