What the day will look like Your role as a Graduate Management Trainee: As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to rotate across different areas of our business, gaining broad exposure to key functions and building a strong foundation for your career in risk and insurance solutions. Commercial Risk Solutions: In Commercial Risk, you will experience the full lifecycle of our Commercial Risk business—from trading risks in the market and understanding the importance of claims through to winning new business. You’ll focus on developing client‑management skills and establishing relationships with a broad spectrum of people—including clients, industry specialists, and members of the global insurance community. Reinsurance Solutions: In the Reinsurance division, you’ll explore how we help insurers manage their portfolios through tailored reinsurance programmes, catastrophe modelling, and risk assessment strategies. You’ll gain insights into structuring solutions to manage capital efficiently, transferring risk effectively, and responding to global risk challenges such as climate change and natural disasters. Wealth Solutions: During your rotation in Wealth Solutions, you’ll focus on advising clients on retirement, investments, and health and well‑being strategies. You’ll learn to analyse financial risks, develop pension strategies, and implement solutions that enhance organisational performance and employee outcomes. Your exposure will include working on specialist advisory projects, crafting innovative employee benefits plans, and engaging directly with clients to address complex challenges. Health Solutions: In Health Solutions, you will work on strategies to enhance workforce well‑being, including developing tailored health and benefits plans for clients. You’ll explore areas such as health insurance broking, medical claims management, and wellness programme implementation. This rotation provides exposure to designing innovative solutions that improve employee health outcomes while managing costs for employers. How this opportunity is different Each rotation is designed to equip you with both technical expertise and client‑facing skills. From broking and claims in Commercial Risk to analytics and advisory in Reinsurance, Wealth Solutions and Health Solutions, you’ll build a well‑rounded skill set and make a significant impact. Your career beyond the Graduate Programme Once you’ve completed the formal 18‑month graduate rotational programme, you will be converted into a permanent role. We will continue to support technical and business skills training, and your Insurance Broker qualifications. To support your professional development, you’ll receive regular performance feedback and collaborate with your line manager to ensure continuous growth. Skills and experience that will lead to success Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills Self‑motivated, responsible, able to work in a team environment Proficient in MS Office and Excel Good command of both written and spoken English Native Thai speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills Commercial awareness – this helps us to provide support and advice to our clients with clarity and confidence Ability to establish relationships, communicate and work collaboratively to develop solutions for our clients Important Dates Application Period: Opens: December 1, 2025 Closes: January 2, 2026 Further details on assessment timelines will be shared at later stages. Important Notes To successfully complete the Graduate Management Trainee programme, you will be required to obtain both Non‑Life Insurance and Life Insurance Broking Licences within the first 6 months of joining the programme. All licensing exams will be conducted in Thai language, and the training courses required are those prescribed and notified by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC). Aon will provide full support for OIC training courses and will also cover exam fees. This role requires 100% onsite work at our office location in Bangkok.
