We offer hybrid working (typically 2–3 days a week at our Support Centre near Junction 41, Wakefield), plus opportunities to develop your skills and work on exciting projects that make a real difference.**What you'll be doing:**In this role, you’ll design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Server environments, including Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, MFA, SSO, VPN, and SQL databases. Building and maintaining virtualisation solutions using technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms will be a key part of your responsibilities. You’ll also take ownership of developing and managing cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure to ensure scalability and security.Monitoring and optimising system performance is essential to keep our infrastructure highly available and reliable. Alongside this, you’ll configure networking elements such as VPN, DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, and security protocols. Collaboration matters too, so expect to work closely with IT and business teams to plan and document infrastructure activities.When issues arise, you’ll troubleshoot complex technical incidents and provide support to other IT teams.
