Personal Care Assistant to a Politics and Relations Graduate Apply for the Personal Care Assistant to a Politics and Relations Graduate role at Skook Management Consulting. We are recruiting either an individual or a team of Personal Assistants on behalf of our client, a Politics and Relations graduate who is venturing out into the world of work. Join his team of PAs who provide his independent living support. Our client is looking for someone/people to support him with day‑to‑day life which includes going to work, socialising with friends, relaxing at home, playing tennis, going to the gym and attending medical appointments. Your core hours will generally be 9 am – 6 pm, and you will be on call/available for the rest of the day as required. This post is for 4 days a week (Monday‑Thursday); there is also an opportunity to join a bank team of PAs for Friday‑Sunday. Location: Bristol. Start Date: As soon as possible. Pay rate: £150 per day. Holidays: 5.6 weeks holiday pro‑rata. You must hold a full clean manual UK driving licence and be a confident driver, as you will be driving our client's vehicle. About Our Client They have Cerebral Palsy Full‑time wheelchair user Desire to be as independent as possible Starting work as an admin assistant at a local charity Interests in current affairs, tennis, football, cricket, rugby, horse racing, and enjoying watching and talking about sport Plays wheelchair tennis and enjoys going to the gym Likes playing board games and quizzes Enjoys comedy Ideal Candidate Calm, patient and caring with a friendly approach and a good sense of humour Interest in current affairs Able to help with carrying items such as laptops or food/drinks at lunchtimes Mature, responsible and punctual; able to keep excellent standards Fluent in English Clean and tidy in appearance and work habits Good conversationalist, also a good listener Full clean manual UK driving licence Full training will be provided before starting; prior experience of a similar role is not required.
