Paralegal - Immigration Department: Employment, Pensions and Immigration - North Location: Manchester Join DAC Beachcroft in Manchester and work with our Immigration Team. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual with prior paralegal experience, especially in immigration. Key Responsibilities Applications for a variety of work visas; Assisting businesses with queries relating to sponsoring overseas workers; Advising on visa applications by family members of British citizens; Supporting businesses with right to work checks; Supporting clients with sponsorship licence audits and applications. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise A good academic record with a 2.1 in Law or a related subject. Previous experience working as a Paralegal, especially within an immigration team. A keen interest in pursuing a career in immigration law. A confident communicator. An eye for quality and sound IT skills. A flexible and self-motivated team player.
