Twilight Care & Support Assistant Pay: £12.50 – £12.75 per hour Shift Pattern: 08:00 pm – 12:00 am or 06:00 pm – 12:00 am (including alternate weekends) We’re looking for caring and compassionate people to join our Care Team at Wickmeads. If you genuinely want to make a positive difference in people’s lives and you may not need previous care experience, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do You will provide person‑centred care that truly makes a difference, support residents with personal care and mobility needs, keep residents feeling safe and valued, and build genuine friendships.
