You will get to know residents and their families, ensuring we deliver truly personalised care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will maintain the highest standards of care and influence the rest of the team. You will assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager with physical and mental stimulation activities and medication administration. You will maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with the team. Responsibilities Plan and implement personalised care to give residents a sense of security, dignity and independence. Know residents and families to deliver personalised care plans. Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain highest standards of care. Assist with physical/mental stimulation activities and medication administration. Maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with team members. Qualifications Completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care or equivalent. Prepared to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care. Background in person-centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. Positive energy, strong record‑keeping, effective time‑management and considerate communication.
