Finance Recruitment Consultant Are you an experienced finance recruiter ready to take the next big step in your career? You'll be stepping into a desk with existing clients and strong foundations — so you can hit the ground running from day one. But this isn't just another recruitment role. You'll recruit across temp and perm roles in public sector, private practice, and in-house finance — with plenty of room to expand into new areas if you've got the vision. About You We're looking for someone who's more than just experienced. We want someone who's hungry. You'll fit right in if: You've got finance recruitment experience (temp or perm). You've got a track record of developing business, signing new clients, and smashing targets. You're confident managing the full 360° recruitment process — from sourcing through to offer stage. You're a strong communicator who can hold your own with senior-level professionals. You're ambitious, resilient, and genuinely passionate about what you do.
