Our success is built on the strength of our people and with a vast network of care homes and a diverse range of support functions, we’re on a mission to find exceptional talent to join us on our journey.The RoleYou will play a key role in attracting, sourcing and screening assigned vacancies in your assigned Region’s care homes. The post holder will deliver and guide on best recruitment practice within Care UK recruitment policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise with key stakeholders including Home Managers and Regional Directors to establish current recruitment needs and forecast issues across regions.Develop and maintain candidate tracking systems in the ATS from receiving applications, screening, booking interviews to candidate feedback.Managing candidate to help build relationships to help develop Care UK’s reputation as an employer of choice.Provide regular written updates to stakeholders and attend agency calls.Use of social networking sites and job boards to increase attraction of suitable candidates.Advise, coach and support Hiring Managers in the correct application of recruitment procedures and best practices.Coordinate recruitment Open Days, Job Events / Fairs and report on outcomes and successes.Implementation of new technology in recruitment practices to help improve candidate experience.What We're Looking ForResourcing experience and use of job boardsExperience of using an ATS system or equivalentHas the ability to raise standards through innovation and new ideasWhy Join Care UK?Be part of a dynamic and growing organisation dedicated to providing outstanding care.Collaborate with a diverse and talented team in a supportive and inclusive environment.Enjoy a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and contribute to the success of our care homes.We are committed to recruiting diverse, talented people, who share our passion for helping others.
