Financial Reporting Manager

The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport is the official body representing over 13,000 professionals working in: logistics, distribution, warehouse, transport and supply chain.Deliver month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and other financial reports.Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance of financial statements for multiple UK legal entities.Prepare statutory accounts compliant with IFRS/GAAP and latest disclosure requirements.Support audit processes and manage multiple audit engagements.Collaboration and Data ManagementCollaborate with Business Development, Legal, and FP&A teams to understand business transactions and their financial impact.Coordinate data collection, consolidation, and reconciliation processes.Review, analyze, and reconcile intercompany positions and ensure governance in transactions.Technology and Process ImprovementDemonstrate expertise in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion) and leverage technology for data analysis and reporting.Support continuous process improvement and system enhancements.Tax and Compliance SupportAssist the Regional Tax Team with corporation tax compliance, VAT, and other tax filings.Partner with Internal Audit to ensure financial controls and procedures are compliant with DP World Risk Framework.What You Will BringACCA or ICAEW's ACA qualification.Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience with in-depth knowledge of accounting standards and reporting guidelines.Experience in a fast-growth, acquisitive environment and dealing with multiple stakeholders.Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and reconciliation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Oracle Fusion, FCCS, and Caseware.Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.CompensationDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
