The role supports pupils with Learning Disabilities, requiring English and cooking skills, and planning lessons with subject leads. Responsibilities Teach secondary SEN pupils (age 11‑16) with Learning Disabilities. Plan and deliver lessons in English, cooking, and life skills. Collaborate with subject leads to support lesson planning. Attend a trial day as part of the interview process. Support early primary level skills where needed. Qualifications UK recognised QTS/QTLS/PGCE or experience as an SEN teacher. Experience teaching in an SEN school or with SEN pupils. Right to work in the UK. QTS not essential; unqualified SEN teacher experience acceptable. Job Specifics Rate: £162.31 to £223.63 per day (PAYE) – depending on experience/grade and negotiable. Working hours: Monday to Friday. Contract type: Temporary (long‑term) or Temp to Perm. Payment: Umbrella / PAYE.
