Confident individuals with strong behaviour management skills
Ability to deliver pre-set lessons and maintain classroom engagement
Adaptability to work across different schools and subject areas
Ideally previous classroom experience (as a Cover Supervisor, TA, Tutor, or Teacher)
A positive, professional attitude and commitment to supporting learners
