Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join a Safeguarding Team based in South London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Social Worker looking to transition into a more management-based role. The role does involve holding a small complex caseload while having some management responsibility of the team and stepping up when the manager is absent. Benefits as a Safeguarding Advanced Practitioner £3,000 Market Supplement paid monthly into the salary 29 days annual leave, increasing to 33 days after 2 years and 35 days after 4 years with an additional day off in your birthday month Tailored induction programme Hybrid working opportunities Excellent learning and development offer to support your career pathway Duties as a Safeguarding Advanced Practitioner You will have a more complex caseload of Child Protection, pre-proceedings and court cases You will be responsible for assisting social workers to develop experience and skills in managing court work including co-working cases to assist in developing this experience.
