Responsibilities Lead the go‑to‑market strategy to strengthen Klook’s brand and drive high‑quality leads and customer acquisition in the German market. Identify and hire talent for key local marketing channels (campaign management, media buying, social media marketing, influencer collaborations, strategic partnerships, affiliate marketing). Develop effective strategies to convert interest into bookings, leveraging data‑driven insights to optimise campaigns and channel performance. Collaborate with product and supply teams to ensure Klook’s offerings align with German customer demand for key destinations. Manage a high‑performing in‑house marketing team, fostering career growth and coordinating local agencies for channel scaling. Coordinate agency partnerships from tendering to continuous briefing and performance management. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the DE market, focusing on driving interest and bookings. Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints and optimise the customer journey from awareness to booking. Localise marketing messages and creative content to German culture, mentality and travel trends. Continuously analyse market trends and customer behaviour to inform marketing strategies. Utilise analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign and channel performance. Report on KPIs, customer behaviour and ROI; manage budgets across all channels. Qualifications 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast‑paced startup or technology environment. Creative and analytical thinker with a track record of successful paid, owned and earned media campaigns. Experience managing teams and external agencies. Strong focus on ROI and growth‑driving results. Ability to plan strategically while executing operationally. Resilient, adaptable and thriving in a dynamic environment. Willingness to travel internationally. Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
