Look no further… We've got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the Thanet area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store. You'll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast Role location and hours This role will primarily be based within the CT10 postcode. Confirmed working hours: Sunday: 06.00 - 10.00 Thursday: 06.00 - 10.00 Friday: 06.00 - 10.00 There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Toys and General Merchandising. Responsibilities Product Placement and Replenishment: arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal. Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages. Beauty Knowledge: become an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends. Compliance and Standards: know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance. Follow and implement planograms, where provided, to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards. Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and offers. Strong communication and relationship building: build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers; provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application. Other: you work quickly and accurately to ensure stands are completely full for customers to shop. What makes you excellent You work at pace, ensuring the stands are filled quickly and accurately with as much stock as possible. You have experience in merchandising or retail. Thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions. Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients. Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling; move and arrange products from warehouse to shopfloor. Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about tasks.
