Position Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance EngineerDepartment: FacilitiesLocation: LeedsContract: PermanentWorking Hours: 40‑hour week, Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM, with occasional out‑of‑hours work as required The Role The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across the GBS UK estates portfolio. Responsibilities include monitoring building conditions, undertaking repairs and renovations, and assisting Estates and Facilities in planning refurbishment projects. Travel to other GBS UK campuses may be required, and the role demands flexible working to accommodate business operations.
