What You'll Be Doing Identify & prioritise high-impact automation opportunities across teams. Design and deploy multi-step AI agents and automation workflows. Implement webhooks, API connections, and custom scripting to trigger and orchestrate workflows. Work side-by-side with our Engineering teams to prototype solutions & prove value. Create technical documentation for process owners. Evaluate new AI models, automation platforms, and integration methods to stay ahead of the curve on what's possible with AI tooling. Ensure data privacy & compliance in workflows that deal with sensitive data. Work closely with the Security/Compliance teams to align AI operations and automation practices with the company's enterprise security framework. We're Looking For Proven track record of shipping multi-step automations in n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms. Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, and authentication methods. Advanced prompt engineering to get reliable, structured outputs from LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). Proficiency in Python for scripting & workflow logic. Exceptional ability to move fast—translate requirements into working solutions in days, not months.
