Overview A Tier 1 civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support the delivery of a major highways project in Coventry. This is a long‑term contract operating outside IR35, available on a CIS or LTD basis, with an immediate start. Responsibilities Assist the Site Agent in managing day‑to‑day site operations Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers Oversee setting out, quality assurance and technical delivery Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and RAMS Produce site documentation, reports, ITPs and quality records Support progress monitoring, problem‑solving and programme delivery Requirements Proven experience as a Sub Agent or Senior Engineer on highways or major civils projects Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, structures or road construction SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Ability to start immediately and commit for the full contract duration What’s On Offer Outside IR35 contract CIS or LTD engagement £380 - £470 per day 12-month long‑term highways project in Coventry If this is something that intrerests you please apply and someone from the office will be in touch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
