Key Responsibilities: As the Lead Clinical Pharmacist, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing clinical services to wards, the Hospice, and associated departments following professional, departmental, and hospital policies. Preferred Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate should possess: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical pharmacy role within a hospital setting. Experience in palliative care. Post-registration experience within a hospital setting. Substantial experience in multidisciplinary communication. Development of policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as report writing and presentation skills. Accurate clinical, dispensing, and checking abilities. Awareness of drug cost issues. Medication counseling experience. Multidisciplinary collaboration with nursing and/or medical colleagues. Experience with private patients.
