As a Finance Administrator, you will provide accounts support across the division and contribute to achieving our financial and business objectives.This role is key in mitigating risk by managing cash flow through timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and resolving queries for internal and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesChase outstanding premiums via telephone, letters, and email, ensuring adherence to the end-to-end credit control process in line with SLA and targeted thresholds.Produce and issue monthly wholesale broker statements; act as the point of contact for statement queries and resolutions.Collaborate with the Cash Posting Allocations team and stakeholders to resolve unallocated cash and ensure prompt payment allocation.Support the Contact Centre/Trading teams with refunds processing, checking requests, and directing them to the IBA refunds team.Assist the IBA Bordereau Team in producing monthly premium Bordereaux according to insurer requirements and resolving related queries.Investigate and resolve unsettled insurer premiums to ensure timely payments.Maintain the Team inbox and Business Support log, journal premiums, check payment/refund dates, and resolve ad-hoc financial queries.Process all supplier invoices in accordance with company policy on D365.Candidate ProfileKnowledge of regulatory and legislative frameworks within financial services.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Acturis, Open GI, OLY is desirable.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Self-motivated, proactive, with a problem-solving attitude.Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Analytical skills to interpret complex financial data.Effective communication skills for conveying financial concepts.Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.Note: We may close the vacancy early if sufficient applications are received.We are an equal opportunities employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and a discrimination-free workplace.
