Job title: Professional Indemnity Account HandlerLocation: Manchester – HybridPURPOSE OF ROLEWe’re working with a respected Manchester-based Commercial Insurance Broker to find a proactive and commercially minded Professional Indemnity Account Handler. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused, fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career in Financial Lines insurance.RESPONSIBILITIESManage a portfolio of Professional Indemnity clients from start to finishAdvise clients on suitable insurance products tailored to their business risksLiaise with specialist insurers to negotiate competitive terms and coverageWork closely with a dedicated commercial team to deliver the best client outcomesEnsure accurate documentation using the Acturis platformStay up to date with industry trends, compliance standards, and risk guidelinesDeliver high levels of service and uphold customer care standards across all interactionsDAY-TO-DAYBuild and maintain strong, lasting relationships with your clientsAnalyse client needs and pinpoint potential coverage gapsCollaborate with client directors to assess risks and shape insurance solutionsIdentify opportunities for cross-selling additional commercial insurance linesEXPERIENCE3+ years working in Professional Indemnity or Financial Lines insuranceBroking background strongly preferredHands-on experience with other financial lines products is a plusFamiliarity with Acturis is beneficial but not essentialStrong knowledge of sales processes and negotiation best practicesSKILLSExcellent verbal and written communicationSolid analytical and problem-solving abilitiesConfidence working both independently and in a team settingProficient in relevant insurance software, particularly ActurisHighly organised with great attention to detailIf you have the relevant experience or know someone that does please contact me now on 07441 922 901 or email us at admin@lawesgroup.co.uk #J-18808-Ljbffr
