Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable CSCS Labourer to join our team for a 2-week project in Andover. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards on-site. The role involves assisting with water prevention tasks, general labouring duties, and supporting the team to ensure the smooth running of operations. Responsibilities Perform water prevention tasks as directed by the site supervisor. Assist with general labouring duties, including site preparation and clean-up. Support the team with various on-site tasks to ensure project efficiency. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Carry out any additional duties as required to support the project. Qualifications Must hold a valid CSCS Card (essential). Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions. Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks. Day-to-Day Reporting to the site supervisor at the start of each shift. Assisting with water prevention measures to protect the site. Performing standard labouring duties, including moving materials and maintaining site cleanliness. Collaborating with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
