SpectrumX is committed to innovation and high medical standards, currently advancing the production of pharmaceutical products compliant with MHRA regulations and GMP under a Manufacturers Specials License.We are seeking a dedicated GDP/GMP Warehouse Coordinator who needs to be highly organised and proactive to oversee the daily operations of a GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Warehouse, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and effective coordination of warehouse activities.The role requires the management of stock, adherence to quality and safety protocols, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations. A strong understanding of GMP regulations and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment are essential.The Warehouse Coordinator will also play a key role in contributing to the development and improvement of internal processes and documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS).DutiesEnsure all warehouse operations comply with GMP, GDP (Good Distribution Practice), and other regulatory standards.Coordinate and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods.Maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse activities including receiving, storing and shipping and ensure documentation is maintained in line with GMP/GDP requirements.Ensure materials and products are stored and handled correctly to maintain quality and compliance.Conduct regular inspections and audits of warehouse processes and storage conditions to ensure compliance.Assist with investigations and corrective actions related to deviations, non‑conformances, or audit findings.Promote and maintain a clean, safe, organised warehouse environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and conduct risk assessments, implementing appropriate safety measures where required.Supervise warehouse staff (and those from other departments undertaking specific tasks within the warehouse), including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.Communicate effectively with internal and external auditors, internal stakeholders and external suppliers or logistics partners.Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs whilst implementing lean practices and inventory control measures.Ensure that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and that any issues are promptly addressed to avoid disruptions in operations.Organise couriers (national and international)Coordinate effective removal of used packaging from the facilityProduction of QMS quality documentation.SkillsStrong understanding of GMP and GDP standards in a warehouse environment and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.Proficiency in inventory management systems and related technologies (e.g., ERP systems).Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and regulatory bodies.Attention to detail in reviewing documents, processes, and products with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.The ability to work collaboratively with various departments, fostering a positive and compliant quality culture across the organisation.Flexibility to adapt to changing regulations and industry standards, ensuring proactive adjustments to processes.High ethical standards and integrity, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining the highest level of quality and compliance in all activities.Reliable, punctual, and adaptableForklift licence – counterbalance and reachRecognised EHS accreditation or equivalent experienceExperience with lean methodologies or Six Sigma principlesCertification in GMP or GDP regulationsBenefitsCompany pensionEmployee stock purchase planOn‑site parkingPrivate medical insuranceExperienceGMP/GDP: 5 years (required)Licences / CertificationsForklift Licence (preferred)Seniority LevelEntry LevelEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionManagement and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
