Please apply for this job as soon as you can, if interested The Cluster Administrator is an exciting role supporting city wide District Nursing Teams with the administrative function that enable clinical care to be delivered in patient homes. This post will mainly be based at Blakesley District Nursing team but you could be asked to travel to any of our planned community nursing teams within the East locality. Main duties of the job To provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team including typing of letters, minutes of meetings and other documentation. Implement and maintain central filing systems for patient records, patient information, care plan documentation and staff documentation. Undertake office duties such as photocopying and replenishing information as required by the District Nurses. Answer non-clinical queries from clients and their relatives seeking advice from the Nursing Staff. Job responsibilities To provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team including typing of letters, minutes of meetings and other documentation. Undertake office duties such as photocopying and replenishing information as required by the District Nurses. Answer non-clinical queries from clients and their relatives seeking advice from the Nursing Staff. Part of the interview process will include an English and Maths Test. Qualifications GCSE English Grade C or above or equivalent/or equivalent experience GCSE Maths Grade C or above or equivalent/or equivalent experience ECDL or equivalent IT qualification NVQ Level 3, Diploma or equivalent experience. Experience Able to work to deadlines Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Previous experience of administration and clerical work Experience of filing systems Skills Ability to communicate to a high level with a wide range of people Ability to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with service users who may be distressed, emotional and/or verbally aggressive Ability to handle people in a courteous and sensitive manner, taking into account individual needs Able to multitask, prioritise workload & use own initiative and good time management skills Understanding & commitment to equal opportunities High level written communication skills Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and the Data Protection Act Ability to set up and maintain filing systems Personal Qualities Ability to work effectively as a team member Ability to make a positive contribution to effective team work Reliable and punctual showing good time management skills Demonstrates ability to use initiative and take ownership Willing to undertake a range of tasks and activitiesShows flexibility and initiative in planning workload Able to travel across the city Disclosure and Barring Service Check This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
