You’ll collaborate closely with our CTO, CEO, and design and engineering teams to deliver a seamless and trustworthy financial experience for our users across multiple regions. We’re backed by Sequoia Capital, Y Combinator, and SV Angel, and we’re looking for someone who thrives on building high-impact systems that make finance more accessible, inclusive, and resilient.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and performant applications across the stack.Build rich, accessible, and responsive front-end experiences that make financial management simple and transparent.Develop and own backend services and APIs that power our product ecosystem — from authentication to banking and compliance integrations.Work closely with product, design, and operations to translate user needs into technical solutions.Drive improvements in code quality, developer experience, and system reliability.Balance fast iteration with technical rigor, ensuring our systems meet the standards required in a regulated fintech environment.Champion best practices in testing, observability, and deployment for full-stack systems.QualificationsStrong full-stack fundamentals: comfortable building both user interfaces and backend services.Proficiency in TypeScript, React (or similar frameworks), and Node.js/NestJS.Experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred) and designing clean, efficient APIs.Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines) and modern DevOps practices.Familiarity with secure coding and data privacy principles — ideally in fintech or other regulated domains.A collaborative, product-focused mindset: care about user experience as much as system performance.Curiosity, empathy, and a drive to make technology serve real people’s needs.Tech StackFrontend: React Native, TypeScriptBackend: NestJS (Node.js), TypeScriptInfrastructure: AWS (ECS, RDS/Postgres), DockerMessaging: KafkaOur ValuesPride in Impact: We care deeply about building technology that changes lives.Compassionate Action: We act with empathy and collaborate with purpose.Creative Problem Solving: We’re curious, resourceful, and relentless in finding better ways.Inclusivity: We foster a diverse environment where every perspective counts.About Nsavensave is a fintech company headquartered in London and Geneva, founded by Amer Baroudi and Abdallah AbuHashem.
