By taking a people‑centred approach and developing a deep understanding of client needs, the organisation helps businesses secure the talent and services they require to achieve long‑term success.Function OverviewThe Consultancy and Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) division provides agile and compliant resourcing, consultancy, and project delivery models. This includes contractor management, temporary staffing, project teams, services procurement, consultancy solutions, and hire‑train‑deploy programmes.The division enables clients to access critical skills, address capability gaps, manage workforce complexity, support transformation programmes, and increase operational agility. Solutions are supported by experienced consultants, robust technology platforms, and global best practice across all aspects of workforce management.Role OverviewThe Global Director of Contingent & Consultancy Solutions will develop and lead a global enterprise sales strategy and go‑to‑market approach across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. The role will focus on accelerating growth across contingent workforce offerings, consultancy solutions, MSP, services procurement, project delivery, and early‑career deployment programmes.This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic vision, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence globally. It will operate within a matrix structure across multiple internal divisions, senior leadership teams, and offshore functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive acquisition of new enterprise clients and expand services within existing global accounts.Lead full sales cycles including qualification, proposal development, commercial modelling, negotiation, and contract closure.Support major global bids by contributing expertise in operating models, commercial structures, cross‑border delivery and hybrid workforce solutions.Create and implement global sales strategy, market positioning, and revenue plans to meet annual targets and long‑term (to 2028) growth objectives.Actively contribute to solutions design, client presentations, and bid submissions.Identify opportunities to expand white‑space within existing global enterprise accounts.Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementBuild senior‑level client relationships across multiple regions and sectors.Develop new opportunities through strategic networking, market mapping, and targeted outreach.Understand client requirements and design scalable, compliant, and commercially viable solutions.Negotiate contract terms, manage the procurement process, and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.Internal Leadership & CollaborationWork collaboratively across outsourcing, recruitment, advisory, and central functions.Support the development of best‑practice sales methodologies and act as a mentor for consultative selling techniques.Partner with marketing teams to shape campaigns, go‑to‑market activities, and brand positioning across key personas and geographies.Evaluate internal initiatives to enhance lead generation and improve collaboration between business units.Contribute to the development of product sales channels in partnership with subject‑matter experts.About the jobContract Type: PermanentSpecialism: Sales & CommercialFocus: Business DevelopmentIndustry: Recruitment ConsultancySalary: £130,000 - £140,000 per annumWorkplace Type: HybridExperience Level: DirectorLocation: City of LondonJob Reference: F1QHGF-18D1357CDate posted: 28 November 2025Consultant: Savannah McCabe #J-18808-Ljbffr
