OverviewRLM is looking for an Experienced Gardener to join our dedicated team, maintaining and managing a portfolio of beautiful gardens within a 15-mile radius of the Stockbridge area. Our working areas include Andover, Romsey and Winchester and we are very happy to customise a portfolio to match your location.If you’re passionate about horticulture and the environment, take pride in your work, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.Location: Within a 15-mile radius of StockbridgeSalary: £30,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience and hours)Job Type: Part-time (22.5 hours minimum) or Full-time (38.5 hours + overtime)Overtime: opportunities with incentives – paid at an increased rate of at least +20%Annual Leave: Enhanced entitlement (29 days total after 1 year service, increasing to 30 days after 2 years)Non-smoking team.What you’ll be doingIndependently managing and maintaining a varied portfolio of private gardens, with full support and assistance from the team as desiredWorking closely with colleagues to support garden maintenance and contribute to ongoing developmentUsing professional horticultural techniques to ensure consistently high standardsWhat we’re looking for (essential)Clean driving licence and use of your own vehicle.
