Role Overview We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team on a full‑time, permanent basis. The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in our Reading office. The Role Lead the development of high‑quality content that supports marketing activity across all channels. Research, write and deliver content that positions the business as a thought leader, educates the market, raises brand awareness and drives lead generation. Produce engaging social media, blog and PR content that inspires our audiences and reflects our innovative approach. Create compelling case studies, campaign materials and digital storytelling pieces, owning our content strategy and building a confident, authentic voice for the brand. Work closely with design, media partners and stakeholders to ensure content is consistent, creative and aligned with business goals. Responsibilities Plan and execute the content calendar across multiple platforms. Manage customer communications and media partner relationships. Measure performance and optimise content for SEO and engagement metrics. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align content with marketing campaigns. Qualifications At least five years of experience in content creation across multiple channels. Experience managing customer communications and media partners. A journalistic approach to research and content gathering. Excellent communication, interpersonal and people skills. Strong attention to detail, organisation and proofreading ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with LinkedIn (organic and paid). Team‑player mentality with a proactive, “let’s get it done” attitude. Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial. The Benefits Salary of £40,000 – £45,000 per annum. Discretionary bonus scheme. Company car (salary sacrifice).
