We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.Salary£56,766 + depending on experienceWhat you’ll be doingLiaison with BCM Local Coordinators/Reps and represent the business at operational resilience reviews and during operational incidents including post incident reviewsCoordinate & facilitate planned exercises and complete exercise & test outcome reportsUndertake process confirmations and manage follow up improvement activityCoordinate and compile all relevant documentation on behalf of the business or functionCoordination of business or functional reviewsIdentify any training requirements for your business or function and coordinate and deliver BCM trainingActively engage with the local BCM coordinators/reps on policy, process and directionCollation and reporting for BCM Operational Assurance StatementYour skills and experiencesEssential:Risk Management / BCM qualification (e.g Strategic Risk & CM Diploma / CBCI / CRM / DRI)Experience in the development and application of operational processes / functional governance with a proven track record of BCM, Risk & Incident Management processesExperience in PM, training and / or assurance role and capable of working with face to face and virtual teams, maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDesirable:Emergency response backgroundAwareness of the potential challenges involved when working within a multi-national/multi-cultural organisationReal world experience of managing operational disruptionBenefitsAs well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts – you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.The Security & Resilience teamWe are recruiting a Operational Resilience Lead to work within the Security and Resilience Function. As the Operational Resilience Lead, you will report into the Business Continuity Manager – Air Sector, and have responsibilities across the Air sector for delivering all aspects of Operational Resilience. The key focus is to ensure that BAE Air maintains a robust Resilience programme to enable it to withstand and mitigate the impact of unexpected events, which have the potential to disrupt major Programmes.You will have unique exposure to all areas of the Air business enabling you to gain vital experience and potential career progression.Must be able to travel up to 10 weeks per year.Why BAE Systems?This is a place where you’ll be able to make a real difference.
