Role Responsibilities Support the delivery of investigations under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and wider projects. Gather intelligence, build strong cases by submitting statutory information requests, conducting open‑source research, and processing banking data using Altia and Excel. Perform financial research and analysis with Accredited Financial Investigators, ensuring investigations are supported by robust analysis and clear documentation. Support search and seizure operations and related administrative tasks. Maintain accurate case files and records by scheduling, archiving, and preparing documents for disclosure. Attend court hearings and trials, taking precise notes when required. Collaborate closely with case teams, business support, and enforcement services. Contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement. Minimum Skills required Prior experience in regulatory or criminal investigation environment, or within an intelligence function in those settings. Proven experience in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel. Essential Excellent judgement and strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to analyse, present and explain issues concisely. Experience performing basic research and organising information comprehensively. Ability to work on own initiative, prioritising, foreseeing issues and meeting tight deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy. Quick analytical skills to understand and manage detail, purpose and context of document‑management procedures. Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities, adapting to change and supporting colleagues. Willingness to be trained as a Financial Intelligence Officer, committing to independent study and timely completion of all relevant exams and training courses necessary to qualify.
